My sister lives in Washington , D.C. and shops at Whole Foods Market all of the time. Unfortunately, they do not have a large sales flyer like other store chains. Whole Foods, for those that are unfamiliar with the store, is slightly on the expensive side.
Here are some of their sales. You can compare their prices this week with those from the 2 other stores that I post, Harris Teeter and Farm Fresh.

I am going to do some research and find out about their coupon policy. I signed up to receive their newsletter. If you live in an area that does not have a Harris Teeter, Farm Fresh, Kroger and Food Lion, please post a comment telling the name of “your” grocery store.

Thanks for the post on Whole Foods Sissy!!! I am going to go after work today (to look at the moisturizers) and get some of the shrimp and more blueberries (great snack btw…freeze them and they are tasty and a great source of antioxidants!!)

Marcia, thanks for the comment. I just got an email update that Whole Foods will have cookies on sale BOGO tomorrow:-) Not sure if that is on the New Year’s eat healthy shopping list. Thanks for the list of other grocery stores. I will add them to the rotation. I love Trader Joe’s! Wish they had one in Norfolk.
